Austin & Bethany Rogers have been working with their young family to build a business that is dedicated to making the world a better place- one outdoor space at a time. Both are  East Tennessee born and raised. We love the Tri Cities and the community here. Small business is our heart and our passion- whether our own or supporting others in our area.

Austin decided to turn his industrial construction experience & intense eye for detail into something local, creative, and home based. This gives him a wide range of skills- from concrete and storm damage to stunning flower beds and daily maintenance. His construction experience also gave him skills in project and time management. He believes in directing himself, and his crew, with precision and reliability to get the job done to customer satisfaction no matter what.

Bethany is a graduate of Northeast State Community College here in East Tennessee where she earned her Honors degrees in Business Management and Small Business Management.  She now uses her degrees to assist Austin in day to day management of DRHS as well as managing the ins and outs of their small farm and household.

Bethany and the Rogers' two sons can occasionally be seen on job sites pitching in to get it done. Or delivering homemade goodies to the guys. Both boys love when the homeschool day includes working beside dad on a job.
